I would like to open an online bank account in Turkey. What I need is just the account, I don't really care about cards. Ideally I could do it online, without physically going there. What do you recommend? I am an EU resident.

As your in Germany go into a KT bank branch there and see if they can open one for you in Turkey.

It has historically been easy to go to Turkey, get a local TIN, and then go open a bank account. Whole process takes a couple of days.
Remote bank account opening is very rare unless you're well connected.
There are no EMIs in Turkey.

TIN takes 15 minutes at the tax office. You only need a passport and copy of it. For the banks, just walk in. You can normally do it in two days.
