Does Saxo Bank allow you to make payments, bank transfers etc. the same as Swissquote? Or only withdrawal to your own bank account?

ahhhh - you don't know nothing about them as I read such type of sentences from you very often. Do you know how big Saxo Bank is and who is behind it? Keep your mouth shut if you don't know what you are talking about!

For everyone else, make a good research about Saxo Bank you will be surprised how stable they are.

I could withdraw money from saxo without any problem. The money are transfered to the same account that was used to send the money to them.

Yes, Saxo is major and serious institution and they don't pull out bulls**t like some EMIs. I withdrawn 100k+ usd transfers multiple times without problems. However, to answer the initial question: They don't allow to make payments to external parties, you can only withdraw money to yourself.
