There's been no transactions for a year for the LLP

How to file a tax returns? I've never done it. However, since there's been no activity, it should be easy. Is there a simple intruction for the case of "no transctions"? I haven't found any in google.

You may file dormant, not sure if that is possible with a LLP - you may ask your agent or accountant to help you with that.

You have to file dormant accounts, and hire an accountant. You also need to file HMRC self-assessment returns for your LLP, and all the partners must file the self-assessment returns.

Make sure to request UTR numbers from the HMRC for all the partners.

I wish you good luck contacting HMRC, and god bless..
