Need help for payment gateway & writing TOS, REFUND POLICY, PRIVACY POLICY

I need help to get access to a payment gateway, it is crucial that we have a good tos, privacy policy and refund policy in order to have that, and we do not have those,

so we are looking for someone who can help us write those correct pages and then achive a payment gateway,

our industry is marketplace of digital products

Yes I would use ChatGPT but if you insist on having a person do it I will look at Fiverr or Upwork

Most small/startup businesses (that don't pay a lawyer to write these documents for them) use templates, ChatGPT, and/or manufacture their own based on copy-pasting from various other companies. Don't copy-paste a T&C or policy verbatim as that's easy to spot and in many jurisdictions a copyright violation.

Should I hire an Hong Kong Lawyer or US Lawyer?
