Nebeus didnt work for Non eu residents. Did you know any Crypto Friendly EMI for non EU residents ?

I think that none care about your citizenship. Nebeus, BlackCatCard, zen.com work well for me. But you need to know how to use them and you can't just freely do p2p with any. For more hints, PM me.
