best crypto debit card platform ?

looking for normal kyc procedure , platform aimed to world wide customers , solid support and not famous at closing accounts .

please exclude services like advcash from countries like russia ,lithuania so on.

if it's swiss platform that's a plus

You can look at wirexapp. For Swiss you can look at Aximetria. But Aximetria is debitcard funding not spending...its not clear which direction your asking for conf/(%.

Aximetria is majorly owned by Russians, which is the opposite of what he is looking for.

i installed Aximetria app its very tricky because google policy , now i expected to verify my phone numbers the sms from Aximetria are not received .

now i think of nexo and nearpay .

Noticed Advcash no longer does USD related stablecoins deposits.

Also currently down for card upload.

US based Founder, Russian Owner, Belize Company -> if memory serves.

Zen.com, cryptopay, Nebeus are fine too.
Another good option is to buy already made accounts in some marketplace (darknet, telegram etc). They sell for $50 up to a few hundred $.

crypto.com looks good i chat with them , more flexible than others where you live but my passport is not supported .

aximetria i complete verification but request video call .
