yes, state filing is 100$. The rest up to agent and what you get for it. I pay 400$ and get some perks with it like mail handling, compliance, the address etc.
so if I do the filling myself, its 100$, and I do it through an agent, it will be more, correct?
it's still very cheap. I would say renewal of US companies is the cheapest in the entire world.
