Just received an email that Dukascopy bank are going to continue issuing their cards Q3 2022. They invite people to preorder their card. Source: Dukascopy Bank

Its a good crypto debit card for people outside EU

Can this account be used by individuals ?
Is there a unique Swiss IBAN for each user ?

Its focused on services to individuals yes. There's also unique Swiss IBAN

You get account in your own name and can do remote account opening!

You can just tell him you would like an alternative to your current bank. It's normal in todays world to have several accounts with different banks.

They recently voided all their cards due to problem with card issuer. So at the moment Dukascopy doesnt have any cards

Not true. Dukascopy Card program is working for the Swiss + EU + Turkey + Israel clients
