if europe you would need to setup/register a company, get a local resident as nominee within the jurisdiction of choice, split the shareholder ratio with you having the controlling shares.
an additional scenario, would be going into a partnership, joint venture,with a local SME, where you could come in as supplier of goods to the SME. this scenario would establish a MOA,company share certificates, directors memo,Tax No. etc which would be presented/submitted to the intended bank.
Expect some DD from the banking, if all is in good order you should have a green light towards banking credentials and welcome pack..
take note this might require some legal oversight as well as onboarding criterias..with a local SME no need to prove substance..
