That is because of their new provider. Looks like they found some within the EU.

The provider is still cornercard.
The cancelled cards are working again, if you are residing (or have a passport?) in supported countries.

Dukascopy is itself a regulated bank right? Why do they need some other bank to issue their cards?

Even though the cards are working again, its been a whole month of sudden, unexpected and illegal (in my opinion) refusal of providing card service by Corner bank. Any card holder is a client of corner bank so every client can sue this card issuer for uniliteral unreasonable action of corner bank. Do you think we have chances of wining some money here?

not at all, the costs to start such a lawsuite will be more than what you ever could expect from getting out of it.

I'm trying to go for swissquote. Hoping to be able to do it without issues
