Prepaid cards from Europe, the UK, and the US

Does anyone know European, US, or the UK (Hong Kong or middle east also fine) Prepaid visa, master, or Unionpay cards that my clients can use in the South Asian region? I have multiple orders.

Let us know if they work well. I've also heard of @AlexPCS providing prepaid and debit cards but I think some of the card providers might be from Russia so I'm not sure if the sanctions have hit them.
