Shelf company in Panama + bank account

Hi,

I would need a shelf company in Panama (incorporated at least in 2020) with bank account.

Any suggestions where to find a reliable one at a good price?

Yes, this company is going to be for a customer, who needs a shelf company in Panama to be able to justify contracts from 8 months ago.

As I told you, to be able to justify contracts from 8 months ago. Besides of that, there is no advantage.

Pm me. I couldn't tell you the price. I just know which lawyers are good to work with and I've confirmed with them today they may have some available. Beyond that you'll have to talk to them directly.

yes, but you need to have it with nominees and you should be able to take over the company without changes in the management structure.
