We approached them yesterday, but because we accept cryptocurrency as a payment method they told us that we deal with cryptocurrency and therefor they can't accept us.

I assume they will have to change their policy in the future, since PayPal, Tesla and even Visa is recognizing cryptocurrency as a valid payment method today.

Strange behaviour from Paysera, maybe they have sufficient with customers, don't know, at least they answered quickly.

Paysera looks like a good alternative their support to answer "presales questions" sucks, long waiting time.

Have a look at Digistore24

They are specialised in digital products and provide all common payment methods like CC and PayPal.

We suggest them to our clients and so far they onboard Dubai Companies without any issues.

It's worth to take a look.

looks not bad, do they accept credit cards directly or you have to signup for a wallet or other closed system first?

They accept it directly no need for the customer to sign up first. In case it's a digital product the customer just have to mention the e-mail he want receive the delivery.

Do they accept high risk digital business or only the same stuff as PayPal?

Any reviews so far?

OBS: Are they a payment provider or only the gateway and you will have to apply for a merchant account etc. yourself?

They are payment provider and collect SEPA, Klarna, PayPal, Visa & Mastercard as well as Direct Debit / subscription payments on your behalf without the need of having any single other Merchant Account.

All in One Solution but with fees I have in mind 3-5%.

They are reliable and already for years around. They are popular for selling high ticket digital products like video course, coachings and online academies 5-10k EUR price range isn't an issue and you safe the headache with dealing directly with paypal.

Can anyone recommend a tested and for sure gaypal alternative that will accept US merchants with a business model that gaypal won't accept? I've seen a few recommendations in the thread but it seems like they were just thrown out there. Can anyone actually vouch for an alternative?

Best alternative for my purpose has been eMerchant, 2co (I know some don't like them) and finally there is Skrill which I have used often. For business there are many alternatives depending on what business you are into and how your processing history looks like.

UniPay the Russian one is good, the listed processors in the resource sections are a great start just found 2 I reported because they are s**t.

A year ago I had a terrible experience with PayPal and it took 7 months to get my money back. It was my first time creating a PayPal account because my brother said its the most convenient way to receive money from. Then PayPal asked the bank account to link for withdrawing money. I used my full name in PayPal which is opposite to my bank name in the transaction history, it was my nickname PayPal didn't recognize. After an hour I received PayPal restrictions and what a mind-blowing was the restrictions made for 180 days which was very long and I urgently needed the money. I contacted Paypal but due to lockdown so only the skeletal system was answering all my concerns. Since Paypal is a very strict company so crying was the last option.
I understand now and once you have a Paypal account keep an eye on all your information so you're not in trouble with Paypal.
