Darks by Citizenship

Hello team,

What do you think in terms of citizenship about Darks?

For example, if you have 2 darks:

- A Belgium dark citizen with one or some accounts verified at the trending institutions like Transferwise, Revolut, Quppy, N26, etc...

- A Russian or Ukrankian dark citizen with one or some accounts verified at the trending institutions like Transferwise, Revolut, Quppy, N26, etc...

Let's suppose that in both cases tbey are real people who have passed Video verification at that Emi's/Neobanks and you also have a digital copy/scan of their passport or national Id.

Once verified, do you think there's any difference in terms of that Emi's or Banks can randomly close or block that accounts in short-mid term? Maybe the Ukranian verified people are more scrutinized than the belgium, italian or french?

No they will not randomly close or block any accounts.

After I figured out to approach a homeless (took me some time just to go over to some and speak to him) I got him to open an account for "my company" he got 300 euro from me in cash and didn't asked question.

After we went out of the bank we had to go there another day because he had to sign some more documents, he did that and we were good.

I have a new setup where I paid a hooker to do the job, that was two jobs in one, one for pleasure and one for business. She did both for 800 euro, also no problems. I asked her to take some nice clothes on and we walked into the bank, all good.

Isn't it a problem that she knows in which bank you keep the money and can just go there as the account owner and withdraw it?
Or you just use this account as transit account and won't keep much money in it.

I guess that if she is a junkie she won't recall where she was. Chances that she days within a short time window are 99% and no one will miss her.
