Crazy to hear but it this true?dirtyharry said:
No, that is how it works in many European countries. If you have setup companies say in Cyprus, UK or Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany - then you know it is easy as say 123 to just resign and forget about it, they will vanish.
Unless you have millions in depth no one will come after you.

can confirm it is true, no one will get after you. It is new to me that you can't do that with a Delaware LLC any longer.
Appreciated bro, after almost 4 months w/o news I am getting a little anxious...bronze said:

They have done that for a very long time, Stripe.com/atlas is the direct link to that service. I'm not aware of what tax complications you will get as an foreigner, but it is an easy way to quick start it.
4 months is a long period. They issue EIN in 45 business days, which is around 2 months. Call their support and ask them to check in the System. If the number is not ready, your fax/mail did not go through and you definitely need to resend it. It is possible that EIN was assigned for your entity, it just got stuck somewhere in post. You have to call and ask them over phone, they will help you.EuroKiss said:

why is payoneer impossible to apply?tacokai said:
AdvCash don't work with New Mexico they confirmed to me. Payoneer is impossible to apply for, shitty crap service requires some sort of introducer, out of question, so Bankera is left to try with TW - two accounts at least 🙂

Thanks but it says “number disconnected”.Mark Rucken said:

Impossible, I call it all the time. Maybe you can not call 800 US numbers? Try calling from another device.

7b. This is the box that confuses most people who don't have an SSN or ITIN and want to get an EIN for their LLC. The solution is to enter “Foreign”. The IRS issues EINs to foreigners all the time and this is what you must enter if you don't have an SSN or ITIN."

Hi, if you have no SSN or ITIN it is correct to put FOREIGN.Stan223 said:

BTW I followed the same LLC University instructions, and all went fine - except for the HUGE delay...

Can be very possible, I am sure this IRS office is ran by “illiterates” (to be polite).Stan223 said:
So, I was rejected by some idiot who didn't know that you can apply without an SSN?

Trying right now with Mercury, wish me luck!
Could you give more details on that? What reason did they allege?
