Brainstorming a setup for my adult tube site

I originally posted this in the public forum, but thought I would get a better discussion in the mentor group.

Current project:
I am a webmaster of an adult tube site which contains mostly copyrighted material from P**N companies, or cam sites. There are also some original content from affiliates. Customers can subscribe to different users, or pay to download videos by purchasing "tokens", and affiliates are paid out each month. I previously was accepting payments via stealth PayPal and Stripe accounts, but they recently got burned. I am now looking for a proper setup. Since I was using stealth accounts, I do not have any company started. My number one priority is privacy and remain anonymous. I am currently processing anywhere between $1000-$7000 USD/month (depends on where I am accepting payments), but around 50% will be used to pay affiliates.

Questions:

• Should I form a company somewhere? With privacy being a priority do you recommend real ID or darks?
• Would I be able to get away with no company and use using stealth PayPals and creating a dummy shop for hosting or some other service?
• Should I try other payment processors?

I see many torrent sites or warez sites using dummy sites, but I do not know the exact details or process of doing this to last long-term. Any help or discussion regarding advantages vs. disadvantages would be appreciated. As you can tell I am completely new to this.

If you setup such a business you want to get it setup with darks, otherwise your chances to get cought personally and your name etc. to be perma banned by Visa and MatserCard is high.

Believe me it is a pain in the a*s to get off that black list of Visa and Mastercard.

What you need to do is to cloak a website and processor. There was a Genius around here in the past BMW850 who had specialized in doing this, if he is back here under a different avatar / profile I'm not sure, but what he did was something like this:

Setup a cover website, means you steup a real professional website with products and services that look real, the pricing for the products or services sold here need to match the pricing on your Adult / illegal site.

Now you apply for a merchant account or payment processing with the company of your choice, you show them the cover website and provide darks to them, this can be a long process, means it can take everything from 2 to 6 weeks to get approved and you may need to produce extra documents they request. Once approved you need to make sure that each time the processor try to check the illegal website they will never see it but get redirected to the cover website. there are many ways of doing it.

As I said there are some specialists around here on the forum that are very good in it. I also know about one that was selling payment processing facility for websites which can't get approved, but I don't know them at the moment where I write this.

If anyone of you read this, please jump in here and supply this thread with the rest of the recipe for the solution, please do that.

Considering this is the mentor group.

@dj01039, in principle do as @blueweb suggests in terms of your setup.

When trying to hide your shop/what you are taking money for... one of the probable working solutions (maybe less for a tube site but in general) would be to have this normal front shop with products and prices and instead of doing any redirections to other domains, you could install another shop within the same domain just in a subfolder... there would be no link to that part anywhere, but using already mentioned suggestions, like same pricing and even SKUs and details like this that are being passed to the processor.

In result there will be no way of spotting any differences for the payment process whether you are selling product A from the front shop or product XYZ from the hidden shop, witha little technical skills you could use the exact same payment URL for both shops meaning that all orders would be coming from the exact same urls, with codes and prices that would be not possible to distinguish any difference and all should be fine.

This works well in some high risk shops when the front is already high risk while the hidden folder shop is illegal

You may need to be a little more creative for the illegal tube site that you are running as you are pissing off a lot of people, so you don't need to fight off just the payment processors but other adult businesses as well that want to protect their content, in particular the cam girls studios that you are abusing & especially individual girls that are in no way protected on the illegal tubes.

@Spinat Are you talking about a website which is on file with the payment processor? And that they know what the domain name is? I know this is an old thread but I'd like to know what you mean by "cover website" and why they can check it? I may know what you mean let me guess: The payment processor API knows where the user was when they clicked "check out"

Is this correct? If so, I know exactly what you have to do and I can come up with 10 different ways to make it 100% impossible for anyone other than a real customer checking out to know. This would require you to know programming or someone who can configure/program this thing for you. If you want to know how, I can PM you details

you setup a complete cover business only to please the card processor so they approve your business. Now you start processing for your other business on this account. If it all is structured well and you do your manual checks with each payment you receive, you can have a long term solution here.
