Looking for offshore company with nominees + bank + PayPal

I am looking for offshore company with nominees (UK LP?) + bank account and PayPal. Absolutely legal sales on Amazon and eBay, but I want to make my taxes less. PM me if you can help

Its possible but the issue is how much are you willing to pay for this.
Don't just buy a company for a one off fee incase you have a payment blocked. The bank will require you to submit documents and ID when verification is required. Plus they may ask you to go to branch.
I would look for a nominee company with a bank account. You run the bank account and if you have any issues always have help.

Correct, but to sell in Germany, France the company must have a VAT number. Will you company have it?

Apply for a UK VAT which currently takes 8-12 weeks but you can start to trade without it.
Amazon will handle everything from application to returns for you but charge €400 per country per year.

You can Limit the amount of tax you pay.

No the great thing about Ebay, Payoneer, Amazon they all take care of it. If you choose a base currency as GBP. They will all automatically convert for you and charge the client for it.

I understand, but I meant taxes. Sell in UK / Europe - pay tax, sell outside - no tax. Am I right?

If they are EU sales ypu are liable. There are other was to mitigate.
