Need immediate help with offshore company

Hi everyone,

To not get into too much details, I need an offshore company asap, preferably anonymous. I stumbled upon this forum by chance, and I did see services in purchasing ready-made offshore companies, but what's the fastest method in setting one up?

Any help would be very appreciated.

It depends on some factors. What kind of anonymity is needed? Is it from the public or the government? What is your tax residency? Do you also need a bank account?

From just the public. A bank account would help but isn't necessary. To be honest, it's nothing very confidential, but public anonymity is very important. It would help if I could open a business PayPal account, but again, not a deal breaker.

The easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to form a company without public information is to form a US LLC in for example Wyoming or Delaware. There is some risk of name disclosure if you don't use the registered agent's nominee service for filing annual returns, though. Just do some research into the popular states.

Finding banking can be challenging and PayPal is difficult but if all you need is a company, it's an option to consider. You can probably open an account with TransferWise if it's a legit business, but PayPal may become difficult once you have decent volumes. They often start asking for proof that you're based in the US and have staff in the US.

Why hide your identity in this modern society. I have a feeling you have something to hide. Most likely for illegal activities. Pay your fair share of taxes. I applaud the new approach of Belize when it comes to Belize Ibc companies. It looks very transparent and finally, these offshore scammers will need to make the company accounts public and pay taxes.

I totally agree ,you can find some threads with real good information on here also with suggested service providers that can help you to setup your company there.

If it were illegal, I wouldn't want the government knowing. I only said I want privacy from the general public. Read the post next time.

You want to have a look here Wyoming LLC in the USA or Delaware LLC what agent and how secure? for the US company formation, it's worth to have a read.
