How to enter Cyprus now

Maybe a seemingly silly or unrelated question,but how to get into Cyprus these days, to apply for residency, or do all the bureaucratic paperwork?
Alternately, would it be possible to apply for residency remotely somehow, given the circumstances?

I just spoke with Cyprus, you still can get into the country but it will be counter productive as everything is closing down. There was a gentleman in this firum, can' t remember his nickname, he was promoting the services of a company that it was supposed to get you the working permit via correspondence. If you wanna risk...

Thanks, do you know if quarantine on arrival will also be lifted from 9th of June?

who knows, the best way to know it is contacting with your embassy before move on, also all countries have a official web where report COVID status and measures.
Many countries put depending on your origin, maybe a few days before you'll get accurate info.
