Hey Sol, is it "easy" to create an LLC in Wyoming with a nominee and a bank account in Hong Kong?

The nominee is an American resident in Wyoming or has to be for example another company (One in Panama, for example).

Do you know anyone who can help set up this kind of structure (Someone reliable)?

Banking in Hong Kong for a Wyoming company!!! I don't believe this is going to work. as @Sols already made clear.

You want to check with The Kingdom Bank, they advertise here and seems to be open for new business.

it is not going to happen.

Setup a Wyoming LLC and use Mercury bank for banking, that will work out fine.
