Affordable short-term accommodation abroad, for tax residency

Affordable long term (1 to 6 month) rental seems like a gap in the market, especially for starters who want to explore certain countries for a couple of months to see if they would actually enjoy living there long term or make a country their tax residency.

Perhaps we should start renting out our houses (for real or in paper only) to members of the forum, now that would be community spirit 🙂.

To get the yellow slip you need a lease agreement (real or in paper) for at least 1 year. The authorities don't accept less.. If you want a real lease agreement you can find studios from 300€/month depending on the place

300 a month is not that bad ... that's 3600 euro a year ... (not including costs I suppose ?)

plus electricity. But This is in the case that you want a real agreement. You can have also an agreement on paper and evidently for less amount.
