'Expired' Notarization & Apostilled Documents

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, I am unable to get my documents notarized and apostilled. I have a full set from November 2019 but many incorporation agents require dated within the last three months.

Any flexible agents or solutions?

Normally the agent don't ask you to come and visit you to get these documents apostilled and notarized?

It depends on the institution/company that requests for these documents. In my case, we are always finding ways to bypass this while we are in the lockdown.

Everybody understands this is a different situation, so they tend to be creative there.

I can get by initially with just notarisation. A couple of weeks later I know my bank will want me to fedex an apostilled hard copy.
