Looking for High Quality Editable PSD of ID/Passport

Long time ago on Agora market and few other onion markets there was a vendor who had his own shop (outside onion markets) with high quality editable PSD for 100-150usd per document.
I have bought only two psd from him but quality of these documents were the best.

Does anyone remember this guy? Do you know someone who offers similar high quality products in good price?
I need PSD with PRINTABLE quality (very high resolution).
 
Secondeyesolution.ch provides high quality documents 3000*4000px, but not in PSD unfotunately.
 
Try this : https://www.driverslicensepsd.com . All editables PSD even with separate layers for for example the swaged numbers.
Too good quality is unrealistic. Try to add scanlines etc. to the file to make it look real, change quality and run it through some filters or print it out on a very good printer and rescan it with a real scanner. The fraud prevention systems of the EMIs know the "positions", "DPI" and other details of the fake passports. They have teams to search sites like these or onion sites and buy fake passports pictures to enter them in their AI learning databases.
The good EMIs you want/should use if you want to handle high amounts have prevention systems like this, nowadays. As I do some jobs in the financial sector, I recently was part of a team at an AI startup which was coding Tensorflow CNNs for Image Recognition.
These days I don't recommend darks so much anymore. Because you have to remember that every time their system gets more data and gets better they rescan their whole passport database and may detect your dark... . Also remember that they make nice money by detecting darks, freezing your account is like a free loan! Use darks with care and only for temporary solutions! Still, for some projects darks still have very nice benefits.

Pro Tip: Don't use scanline brushes you can find in the internet. Create your own brushes with scanlines or "scanner dirt". They have almost every brushes in their database.

There is a official database where they can scan for valid passport's, driver licenses etc if they are connected to it and where you can find such documents from almost all world's countries. All financial institutions including EMI's have obligations to connect and check to such database.

In addition you can find simple tools online which can be found online and which purpose is to detect if a image file has been changed or modified. Works just fine for most purposes.

@Admin ah yes, good point. If you don't do the physical rescan, then remember to change/delete Metadata/EXIF data, you can find tools for this in google. But I always recommend the physical rescan after editing scannline, scannerdirt and changing position of the passport.

what if i ask someone to modify my current bill for example just to match the address format they require ?
 
then you still need to remove metadata and other footprints. You want to get a high resolution color laser printer and rescan the document before you send it anywhere. As @Admin already said there are tools which are easly accessible and to find using Google which will detect your photo editing right away.

do you have some good source for documents ? or someone can change the documents i have ?
they accept my documents but they dont like the address format
 
I do all the work myself using photoshop and plenty of other tools & hardware 😉
