Wise Account Closed, Refund Delayed , Advice Needed

I always contact Wise from the director’s email address, but we haven’t︂ received any specific requests or instructions regarding my LTD. Each time I reach out, they︃ say their due diligence checks are ongoing, and they’ve never stated they won’t return the︄ money,only that the funds will eventually be refunded. For now, all I can do is︅ keep sending periodic follow-up emails until they provide a definitive answer.
 
have you got communication from Wise after account closing? I don't think they will keep‌ the money at any time,
 
send wise a letter , asking‍ 14 days deadline to transfer money to your other account also state in there iF⁠ no response go to fca. should be perhaps the easiest route but slow
