For real banking it is great. Also to be a citizen of Romania don't involve any‍ risk to open an offshore account and get reported they don't have a damn control⁠ of the people there 🙂

As far as i know regular banking or offshore banking they‍ still require a proper documentation like payment instruction, invoice etc. correct me if im wrong..⁠ they still check where the money coming from..
