If 1000 EUR is all you have I would suggest to invest in education so that you can get a better job which will allow you to invest at least 1000 EUR each month.

So the answer depends on the person asking and the position they are in.

I am sure you could double your money if you invest 1000 EUR each month over the next 12 months in Bitcoin. With 24k EUR I would most likely start some kind of business.
