It’s just 1-2 CAAs and 10-20 Indians impersonating CAAs on Fiverr.

Maybe also Pakistan and Nigeria. But so far everyone is happy. The IRS has‍ less work, the Indians have a job, the fellow Pakistanis get an ITIN and fiverr⁠ gets turnover too.

I personally would recommend closing fiverr but anyways.

I'm a minority partner (10%) in a US LLC and got a K1 for 2024‌ but there was no profit and there is no tax due (no ECI etc). Would‍ that K1 attached to W7 be sufficient reason to request an ITIN?
