Didnt you have‍ until last year to file a claim with Kroll? I think they will likely just⁠ contact you through their known channels. Just guessing tho (never had any funds there, or⁤ any CEX for that matter).

It will probably take a long time before you get your money out of that‌ venture. There are other examples here on OCT where people have waited for several years‍ before anything happens, and some are still waiting.
