I believe that this news is FUD for retail to sell in fear, I see‌ that ETH/BTC could gain momentum after ETH ETF is approved in the USA, this event‍ could be close

its not a given⁠ the etf being approved.
The bitcoin spot etf approval was already a very tight decision⁤ (with gary being the decisive vote, 3:2).
