Thank you all for your respectful input, I appreciate it.
There is no kidnapping, the child is with me. And yes even though I chose the wrong partner it wasn't like this in the beginning.
Narcissists happily discard whatever doesn't serve them.
I had all the means to contact him, numbers, emails and financial aid for our child.
Now I have no way to contact him, even on linkedin he ignores me.
This year he decided to cut the financial by 2/3!! All he wants is to keep the upperhand while I am left doing all the parenting full time.
You can understand why I have been searching for him.
I know where he lives because it's on the financial statements.
If I take it to court it could get ugly and expensive but what choice do I have? that or walk away....

I live in Monaco (part-time now due to business, but I started in the late 90s). Nobody in Monaco is going to admit to you that I live there, and neither would I about anyone else living there! hi%#

I get that they are very private over there but I have it on an official statement. I traveled there and left empty handed and sore feet haha. Although I enjoyed the beach for the afternoon.

You need︁ an attorney that will probably propose a legal action as these are family affairs and︂ not a person's location matter.

What will be considered as appropriate allimentation for your child︃ and potentialy you is a matter to be discussed at a court of law or︄ an arbitration.

I think the question is what document / court ruling you have that supports your‌ entitlement to the full monthly payment.

In any case, I would gather any document that‍ entitles you to the payment. Then check if there is any free legal advice in⁠ your city where you live. Many places, especially in Europe offer such services monthly or⁤ bi-weekly. They may be able to give you free advice on the chances to win⁣ and how to proceed best.

If your evidence is good enough, you do not have⁢ to sue, there are cheaper and faster ways:

• If you have a court order that︀ entitles, you or some other sort of contract, you can simply ask for a payment︁ order in Monaco. It is called injonction de payer. I am not sure about the︂ fees, but these are typically between 30 and 200 EUR for very high amounts. You︃ can ask these guys or ask the Justice de Paix (below).

That's some very small amounts to pay to find some relative in Monaco that may‌ owe you money, sweet.
