Yes you can open DBS Treasures with 350K SGD - they have built-in‍ Crypto Exchange and free International same day transfers - I used earlier CITIBANK SG opened⁠ through CITIBANK UAE and have to say that DBS is way better.

There has been⁤ phases they even opened it remote - it's always worth it to check with them⁣ the current status.

DBS Branch in DIFC is Private Banking - same like OCBC Branch⁢ in DIFC firming as Bank of Singapore - technically they for sure can take documents︀ and signatures they just don't want.

When they pushed back - did they refer to remote Account Opening or to fly︃ to Singapore?

Almost all clients I spoke to opened remote during COVID times.

I only know the rules here in Dubai, as I can see you are on‌ the Asia website - And it is not possible to do treasures here, only private.‍ There are different rules

Yes, but they still have their own entity in DIFC, but again they could accept‌ 350K but they have chosen not to do that here + they only do private‍ banking.
