In random order just some thoughts;
Do you trust the appointed director?
What financial control mechanism do you want in place?
Does that conflict with management and control and consequently tax liabilities?
What kind of activity do you run via CH?
CH (more its banks) is very strict. Some banks require per transaction the documents
There is a lot more to it. Is it worth it and does it serve you or are you serving the proposed structure?
With what you mentioned (passports, old & new residency, corporate jurisdiction) you are a compliancy nightmare for ANY bank and a lot of banks right now won't take you anymore. Same︀ applies when you replace CH with UAE.

from your list I can check all of them as approved... no problem at all.
I get:
asset protection
make it extremly difficult for any creditors to access anything, if not impossible.
I get tax benefits, verified with a professional tax advisor
I can invest my money in property

I am left without words after reading this article. Here I thought I was the only one who thought like that and then it's a hundred years old mindset.
The only possible way that could work is if both you and the trust assets are located offshore, so that the taxing authority has no legal jurisdiction over your person. There are many people, all over the world, locked in prison until they identify the location of their assets and sign them over.
This case does not involve a trust, but this︀ man has been locked in jail for six years for failing to disclose the location︁ of hidden assets. He should have disappeared along with the gold, so that the court︂ had no jurisdiction over him.

It depends on what you want. Seychelles for private jet or yacht could work.
Don’t expect too much from the Seychelles government. They are (unfortunately) known for being very cooperative with foreign investigations and have handed over in multiple occasions all requested information without court orders.

The setup I consider now is to get a Panama passport, get some property in Jersey, Switzerland and Panama, have the parent company in Switzerland and daughter company in Dubai.
Once setup, never be in any country for more than 6 months, that should work.

sometimes I wonder if n**i's that weren't arrested back in the day, regrouped and organised again via companies and politics to continue their scheme for control. there is so much overlap of what's going on today it's not even surprising...
then again many trusts have︊ been robbed by the person that was paid to manage them. This is what scares︋ me most. Putting that kind of trust in someone to manage your assets....

after ww2 USA needed these people and only executed nazis who where not important for them.The important one stayed in germany and run the country under CDU
It always amazes me how todays people can't see that we are run under old n**i laws which btw are ilegal under current shaefl.

Stop an ID state
Before ww2 there was only one organisation who was allowed to do︀ it by law which caused a world wide disturbance. It was the gestapo .
Today i guess everyone knows you can be stopped and ID'ed in europe for no reason.︁
Taxes which where introduced by NSDAP are also ilegal by law.But who cares 🙂
