Why is anyone wanting to connect to the Visanet? When someone offers you a too good to be true deal just leave them alone they have no knowledge and zero competency. The first thing you do and REMEMBER: You ask basic verifications: KYC, POF, and business cards of 2 BO. This leads to immediate rejection)). Complicated, time consuming, and expensive. As I said this is "one way ticket" Even If you will get an access (which I doubt) there is no solid guarantee that you will be approved for it. This network has been abused so much and after they shot it down.
