Is an offshore account still valid for an Internet business if I don't mind to‌ have my tax office to know about it but just want my Internet privacy?

If it is opened remotely and with fake documents this is possible even‌ today. Soon the possibility to open accounts with fake documents is over since most banks‍ will require either a personal visit or they will have new options to check the⁠ documents they receive.
