Just one remark
This is all true; but I think that there is one more point to be taken into account:
Generally, I am convinced that any really good agreement should be fair to all parties involved (otherwise it is not sustainable). So it is good to build an agreement on the base of fairness and equity, then taking into account client's legitimate interests. But what I am missing with the AI tools it is a creativity. AI is (still) unable to go step by step with the client and invent a well-tailor-made solution that is possibly used here for the first time (in its exact form) – as every case is︀ different, at least in details.
