It looks like they're trying to find︅ a official page/document where they can see both the company name and the beneficial owner︆ name. Not possible with Wyoming, Delaware or New Mexico companies.

In most cases a notarized and apostilled Certificate of Incumbency does the job. Have you checked that?

Paysera's virtual account is multicurrency, which means that you can keep money in several currencies at once.
Your registered agent should send you articles of association and a couple of other documents. Try sending those. I don't remember exactly what they expect, but it's probably one of those.
