Yes, I do. As already said, The Certificate of Incumbency is probably‍ your best bet, The Articles of Association etc. could help, too.

Disclaimer 😉 Of course, this does not mean that Paysera will inevitably like you and your business... 🙂

Yes, now I understand︂ what you meant; it was just a misunderstanding – and you are right with what︃ you wrote.
(And you probably were referring to this
I guess.)

Just as a side-note, in some states (e.g. NV or TX) The Articles︇ of Association / Operating Agreements are often written down in the presence of a notary,︈ AFAIK; so this changes the game, yet this is not so for WY – TBMK.︉

Maybe, he can register a branch somewhere where they list the UBOs in the registry,‌ apply for paysera and then close it again.

Otherwise, he can do Singapore it is‍ also as tax free as the US LLC but has a public registry.

how secure are paysera, is‍ it good to keep money inside the wallet or better not?

I've used it for a while without problems, but‍ very low 5 figure transfers at most. They called me once so I could increase my transfer limits and it was a quick call on google meets.

How is it going with︈ the PENDING applications you had by time posting this thread ? and what about the︉ one you got approved with are they still operating or did they shut you down︊ for some reason in the meantime ?

I believe the ones pending by then ended up not responding at all, except Mercury which approved me but I never used it. Since I was approved with⁤ Wise and Airwallex I didn't bother pursuing them further. Wise suspended my account in less⁣ than 3 months due to cryptocurrency related transactions. I've been using Airwallex since then and⁢ have had 0 issues.

Good update. Lot's of waste of time at⁣ your end with all these EMI applications.

Hi

I have a few︈ questions

1. Was providing the foreign EIN sufficient? Or, did you have to have an︉ ITIN or US principal with SSN?
2. Did you have to provide a US residential︊ address for yourself as the UBO or were business address and registered agent address sufficient?︋ Or, perhaps your local residential address sufficient?
3. Are these simply regular business banking accounts︌ or merchant accounts capable of payment processing?

I don't get anything at your link‍ but can apply, it may be your country they don't support.
