They do provide‌ debit cards for personal and business accounts through Payrnet / Railsr, they charge 30 EUR‍ for making the card.

They also have merchant accounts to accept card and local EU⁠ & US payments from customers, but they do it only for high-risk & adult businesses⁤ (interesting business model).
