Hi! What are the chances to open a corp. current bank account in the USA currently?
Our tentative plan:
- register WY non resident company
- plan a: shareholder - UA citizen, with UAE residence, US visa in pending - so it is unclear if that shareholder can visit offline
- plan b: shareholder - UA citizen, with Portuguese residence, stays in US for a while, not a US resident yet
- fairly good reputation in crypto (however related to infrastructure provision, no speculation)
Mercury, Chase?
Any good providers to achieve a result? Or as a lawyer it worth try on myself without US experience3︀

I think just staying in the US alone does not︁ help. Either you have some documentation about activities there or you visit banks trying to︂ open the account. What visa is in progress? Just a tourist one?

Well, @yngmind, do not take it personally; yet Revolut Business account is, in my deep opinion,︀ something really like “a desperate solution for desperate people“ 😉

With all due respect, I cannot agree. Can't say responsibly about Mercury as of too little experience; but for Revolut and Wise, from what I have witnessed, they are on par, roughly. And yes, they are not second to evil; they work for many; yet to call them a great solution... FMPOV, no way. (Based just on my life experience.)

I was considering using this service but my LLC has no banking history because I haven’t been able to get good banking that will accept me, so I’m stuck using another company in another country.
What is considered acceptable banking history? How many months/years and how much volume?
