OP are you around for some questions I have in regards to the substance building? I'm setting up something like your setup and asked my agent in Cyprus to help findind something I can rent, he is not able to help with that part 🙁 How do you found the office?
I also find it hard to see how you plan to lower the price. The ones who shouted the loudest have gone quiet, probably because they realized they didn’t actually read what I wrote. But if anyone can offer a cheaper alternative, you’re more than welcome to share it.

I've run into a serious issue with one of my setups. Tax and VAT have been reported from a "subsidiary" to a kind of holding/entity I created in Cyprus, but now the tax authorities are claiming it's just an empty shell with no real activity. As far as I know, they haven’t even bothered to call or visit the company.
What can I do to prove otherwise, or is it basically game over?

If you have a setup similar to the one described here, you should have no problem providing them with photos, a utility bill, and even inviting them︀ to Cyprus to see it for themselves.

Yes, that might be possible, but you need to have enough space to realistically accommodate at least one person, with a desk and so on, and there should be access to a toilet, a small kitchenette, etc. Otherwise, it just doesn’t look like a real setup.
Can you move money to any EMI from therer or only spending the money by card? how do you pay bills from this company?
I’m not sure if this has been asked before, but how long have you been running this setup, are we talking months or years? And how long do you realistically think it can keep running this way if you’re using it for a real business?
So in other words, you're saying this is more for short term use and not something suitable for a serious, long term business setup, unless you actually establish a real office and hire staff because you genuinely want activity in, say, Cyprus?
thanks, another question, do you get it all together through your agent or are you physical visiting Cyprus to get things done directly without middleman ?
