All east Europe, countries like Cyprus, Malta, bunch of special tax regimes where your effective tax rate would be on similar level of 10%.

I'm already handing over my assets to EU “voluntarily”, and still waiting for some other assets that were taken by freedom guards to be returned to me. I'm so glad that they took them without forcing the entry door (which I leave unlocked) while I was not present, that way I didn't have to go through the stress of calling a lawyer and monitoring what they were doing (they switched cctv off).

Where did you see such beautiful numbers such as 10% in EU? Last time I checked there is an EU-wide VAT tax that is minimum 17% and not possible to dodge unless you are selling digital products︀ or something similar. Add corporate taxes there and all sorts of other taxes, contributions and︁ other things and you gonna be paying at least 30% from your turnover.
