Euro Pacific bank is a scam

I think it‍ is just standard practice for insolvency proceedings and liquidations for creditors to have to submit their own evidence, as insolvency law places the burden of proof on each claimant.

I never really understood why this was needed. We have the list of all the Opt-outs. They already submitted wiring instructions for their⁤ bank accounts. So I don't know why the Receiver can't just send them all out.⁣ We tried to do that three years ago. We submitted all the wiring instruction for⁢ about 500 Opt-outs to Novo Bank. They just refused to process the wires due to︀ the press conference and media coverage that deliberately created the false impression that the bank︁ was shut down for facilitating tax evasion and money laundering. So I don't now why︂ the receiver can just submit those instructions to the new bank. Maybe we need different︃ instructions as this time the wires are U.S. dollars, unless he intends to mail out︄ checks. We didn't ask any Opt-oout customers to submit claims three years ago. So I︅ don't know why they need to submit them now. But I'm not running the show.︆ The Receiver calls the shots. Maybe its because so much time has past.

I submittedd my claim and supporting ducuments yesterday but did not get any confirmation that‌ they have recieved it.
Did anyone else get a reciept or some confirmation from Axos‍ or the trustee?

If you have submittet documents through the provided email adress, you should receive an email from AFS Professional Services that they have⁤ received it

I would reach out to support. I literally sent‌ documents to a bank unrelated to this issue only to find out weeks later they‍ never received it. Turns out their server did not accept emails with attachments over 10mb 🙁. I got no warning no nothing to warn me of a problem. So definitely⁤ worth being proactive and reaching out to them or send a test email (even use⁣ another account) to see if you get anything back.

Hi Vqn. Yesterday I sent mine, too. At first, received a message saying "an error has occurred", so just in case I⁤ sent it again. As you, I was looking for a confirmation mail, but as that⁣ didn´t happen, I sent a mail to the trustee´s mail asking him to please confirm⁢ my documents were received. I haven´t heard from them, yet.

Hi Radko. Sorry to bother, hope you don´t mind. Could you share with us how‌ long after sending your documents, did that confirmation arrive to your inbox?

They just wrote to me that they are⁣ having problems with the compressed file i sent them.
So it’s more a technical issue⁢ here.

Hi Radko. Sorry to bother, hope you‌ don´t mind. Could you share with us how long after sending your documents, did that‍ confirmation arrive to your inbox? I´ve sent 16.21MB in Pdfs, Do you think this might be TOO BIG, as Mr. Everson said that he had an experience with 10Mb being⁤ the limit. Highly appreciate your kind help.

I sent two emails, both exactly the same, one after the other, and‍ the confirmation came almost instantly.

But to be honest, not receiving a confirmation email shouldn't be a reason to worry, as long as you sent all the documents and you⁤ have proof of that, you should be fine.

I'm going to send one extra document⁣ tomorrow, I will send it twice. I'll probably won't get a confirmation email this time,⁢ but as long as we send everything before the August 4th deadline, we should be︀ fine.
