Thanks Peter Schiff and others for input to this ongoing confusing saga. I am an‌ Opt-in, I guess to become an Opt-out some time. Doing my homework on the forms‍ I likely have to complete - most of it makes sense but what does one⁠ put in the Actualizacion de KYC/ KYC Update block, the date, some kind of reference?⁤ Thanks
 
I am not sure what needs⁣ to be done as I am not involved in this process. But as far as⁢ I'm concerned there are no longer Opt-in or Opt-out customers, there are just customers. The︀ problem is that Qenta is still holding onto cash, precious metals, and mutual funds, that︁ belong to what once were Opt-in customers.
 
Qenta terminated the onboarding of opt-in customers but refuse to return the assets and metals.‌ It is a very good business model , but the reputation of Qenta will be‍ gone.

I don't understand why they ask a bank statement... that's something they don't have access‌ to??
Then we can make a fake one and double the balance?
Anyway, that'll be‍ a missing document for me because don't have access anymore to my EPB portal.
Maybe a good reason for them to ignore my claim.
 
I feel like I'm lost‌ in this liquidation process. On August 1, 2023, I had a meeting with Quenta. They‍ conducted an interview and asked about plans for what to do next after the funds⁠ are released. Everything was agreed upon, and they promised to let me know as soon⁤ as the receiver releases the money. Now, information about the next document submission is flying⁣ around the forum. Radko is writing about the money being misappropriated. This process, instead of⁢ going smoothly, is becoming increasingly complicated. I could have been absent from this forum. I︀ could have been waiting for an email that never arrived. How am I supposed to︁ know now whether I should respond to this nonsense or let it go? After all,︂ the website says, "IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR DOCUMENTS, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS E-MAIL." Which︃ "submited" are they referring to now ?
 
The Receiver‌ started asking for documents back on May 6th, if you have submitted your documents during‍ this time, you are done, there's nothing else you need to do. If you haven't⁠ submitted your documents, you have from today until this Sunday to submit them.

Whatever Qenta⁤ told you back in 2023 is irrelevant at this point, they are no longer part⁣ of the agreement. Hopefully Peter can get control of all the Assets that Qenta is⁢ controlling at the moment, and hopefully the Receiver will be in charge of returning those︀ assets to their rightful owners.

That will happen if funds are unclaimed, like if someone has passed︂ away.
 
I have sent my actual bank statement where they should sent the money too.‍ Its the only logical persumption. You have to fill your account number within the mail.⁠ So they should now what you have. But of course they dont know where to⁤ send the money.
By the way: i have never downloaded any statement. But this couldnt⁣ be a reason not to send back your money.
 
I think unclaimed funds at︁ the bank go to the Puerto Rican government. Though maybe some would go to other︂ creditors, including customers if there was a shortfall. But I think any unclaimed funds that︃ went to Qenta would go to Qenta. But I am trying to get all of︄ those funds and assets returned to the bank.
