I went through fazwaz and got the most awesome person. she hooked up my internet‌ as well and after my 6 month lease, I went looking at other places and‍ she helped me out. This was also before I got my elite visa so was⁠ just on a regular 2 month tourist visa.

I just put in an email through⁤ the fazwaz website and she emailed back and we communicated through whatsapp. still in communication⁣ with her now.

You can‍ get a residency certificate with a 1 day lease or hotel stay and then open⁠ a bank account.

In Bangkok you can't. You‍ have to do at least one 90-day report first (since last entry to Thailand) to⁠ get residence certificate.

In my‍ case, I was able to get one with a 3-day hotel stay on my 30-day⁠ visa.
