The way I do it :

Send crypto to my otc agent
He wires the‌ notary/lawyer/builder

Deal done

Some builders in dubai accept directly crypto too. But I stopped buying‍ in dubai due to how stupid that place became

Hence why you need to convert crypto to fiat. Little to few notary/lawyers will accept to sign a⁤ Crypto to crypto transaction. You must wire into the notary account and he unlocks the⁣ funds to the seller once the titles are transfered

Yes, but finding a bank willing to accept a large amount from crypto exchanges is the hard part...

I know a few of those and finding it hard to trust them after‍ doing some DD on them.
Also finding it hard to trust Bali/Indonesia.

So basically, yes, they are willing to accept crypto, but it is only because a big chunk of⁤ their clientele simply has no other payment options and nowhere else to go. (so it's⁣ a "win-win" for both sides in their opinion, in their positions; but not for me)⁢

What's the fee like?
How long does it take?
How is all the paperwork?
Any sellers rejected?

1 -2 it depends
3 easy
4 no‍ because the seller gets fiat he doesn't care much.
your crypto involvement is only with the agent (bitproperty, I'm sure there are others)

in Cyprus its doable. I work with a few developers which are ready to take‌ crypto. No issues with the land registry or anything.

I know exactly some guys do building there
As well as⁢ the guy who builds there and builds me a house in Europe
So for me︀ it’s easier

Know the founder personally for some years
Helped me in some things
And suddenly became one of my friends
