Ok I finally achieved‍ a good result:

After more than 15 years I got finally of the list a few years ago.‌ I have no clue when they delete the record or if they ever do, but‍ 15 years I wasn't able to open any merchant account with any major payment processor.⁠

yeah you almost never get off the list once you are on there. There is‌ no GDPR that helps you!

thread is more than a year old, now︌ I'm curious to know if you got a solution or even managed to get off︍ the matchlist? of if you got a full time job somewhere to give up your︎ idea?
