Blackcatcard migration - difficulties with incoming/outgoing SEPA transfers

Nothing here⁠ as corporate. Only lies for 6 months

Nice. Hopefully I get mine soon in‌ my corporate account... but I guess it will never happen, not before 2025 .
 
I know, that's what Im‍ doing since months but it was a corporate account so I can't use crypto feature⁠ and I was moving out money with card payments to Revolut.

I was doing⁣ that too, everyday since 2 months but from today. It stopped working. I went to⁢ ATM to try to withdraw money and I get " card is blocked"

have you ever tried to‌ contact them? If so, then you already know why I laugh lmao
 
I know what you mean, but what other options do you have? At least they‌ are responding and they normally do it timely. My card had been blocked some months‍ ago. The support told me that the card was defective and that they would send⁠ me a new one. Miraculously, after some days they told me that the old card⁤ worked again and so it does since then.
 
I mean,⁣ yes of course I contacted them but since 8 months , the answer is always⁢ the same: "we forwarded your request" 😀
Last time the card issue was for everyone and︀ it got resolved after weeks.

This time, as you confirmed... Apparently is just for me...︁
 
Are you⁣ able to login in your BCC APP or Client portal on Dekstop?
It's giving error⁢ since 3 days now, everything is gone, money, history etc.
 
I can login but cannot top up card.

I think it is safe to say.....‌ Blackcatcard is dead. I am seeking alternative. It does not take 6 months to transfer‍ to new IBAN provider...!!
 
Does anybody know, if they charge the Dormancy fee after 7 month of inactivity?
Since SEPA is not working, it's almost impossible to keep the account active.
