Best service for forming a US LLC for non-resident

Have you come across any formation services that actually assist with real⁣ banking solutions, not just referrals?

Also, do you plan to use the LLC for Stripe⁢ or similar platforms that require proof of operations?

Are you aiming for privacy, low cost,︀ or ease of setup as your top priority?

And finally, do you have a preference︁ between states like Wyoming, New Mexico, or Delaware?

Yeah, it's longer⁠ than most say on Fiverr. His job listing said 4 days, and then when I⁤ messaged him before buying the job he told me it's currently taking up to 10⁣ working days. I've just seen now he's actually just requested a time extension up to⁢ 20 days. @bigdaddyleon how long did it take when you used him?

Sorry to hear things didn’t go as smoothly for you⁣ as they did for me.

My last order was in April and it was completed⁢ within less than 6 hours.

The one before that was in February , not much︀ longer either. I ordered on the evening of February 6, 2025, and it was delivered︁ shortly after midnight on February 7 at 1:28 AM.

No worries, I'm contemplating⁣ whether to go with someone else, not sure who else is legit though. This guy⁢ said at the beginning that the ones who say they can do it within 24︀ hours are not legit and risky.

Are you from the US? He︂ said it takes a lot longer for non-US citizens.

How can anyone seriously‌ think that's a reliable long, term solution.

All the ones I rang quoted between 8-12‍ weeks as how long I'd need to wait.

The good news is the fiverr guy⁠ came through last night actually, I've got the EIN, so alls well that ends well.⁤
