Very interesting thread. If you read through everything, it seems that you could go with‌ a BaaS provider like Banking Circle and start with a few customers who fit within‍ their rules without having your own license.

This way, you can prove your business model⁠ over time and generate enough funds to eventually obtain your own license, around the 2⁤ to 3 million euros it would require.
