Bank accounts are legal to maintain and open. The problem today is that you need‌ a sophisticated setup to avoid any reporting!

so if you are from US and open an offshore bank account in another country,‌ you paying taxes for US or for the country where the bank and your business‍ is? Let's say US taxes are 30% and in Seychelles it's 20%, so if you⁠ have bank account and business in Seuchelles, you paying 30% or 20% taxes?
